Herrera welcomes new staff in Seattle office

Herrera welcomes the following staff to our hazardous materials group in Seattle, WA. George Iftner is a licensed geologist and environmental scientist with 5 years of experience in site investigation and site remediation, underground storage tank removals, ground water quality and landfill gas monitoring, and construction monitoring. Brady Hanson is a staff geologist with interdisciplinary geology experience including RCRA facility closure, complex hydrogeologic interpretation, mass balance calculations, remedial effectiveness evaluations, implementation of ground water sampling programs and regulatory compliance for hazardous waste projects. Mr. Iftner and Mr. Hanson join Herrera’s staff working under an on-call contract for the US EPA conducting hazardous waste site assessments, mitigation analysis, and pre-remedial design and construction oversight for cleanup sites throughout the Pacific Northwest, including numerous abandoned mine sites throughout Washington and Idaho.
