Herrera is pleased to welcome Alice Lancaster, PE as a project engineer specializing in surface water and hydraulic engineering. She focuses on urban stream rehabilitation design, hydraulic analyses for culverts and open channels, and field assessment of stream habitat. Ms. Lancaster’s current projects include the South Lake Washington CSO Reduction Project for SPU and the Mukilteo Multimodal Terminal Environmental Assessment.

Herrera also welcomes Erika Levin. Ms. Levin is the new project assistant to Herrera’s Planning and Natural Resources Groups.
